After becoming qualified in painting and decorating and working alongside some of the capital’s best painting companies, Simon developed his craftsmanship and knowledge, leading to the beginning of sole trader Simon Parancin.
Fast forward through years of experience and mastery, Simon’s expertise led to creating a reliable and passionate team, which led to the creation of Simco Decorating Painting and Finishes Pty Ltd by 2000.
Simco Decorating has since relocated to Brisbane and look forward to servicing Queensland residents with high-quality painting services.

We are a trade qualified professional house painters & decorators, and we can provide you with 5 Year Workmanship Warranty.
The Warranty guarantees that the coating system applied will not peel, flake or blister for five years as a result of faulty surface preparation or application of the coating system, subject to the conditions laid out in the Warranty document.
